I’ve visited twice in winter! I love it! One year was during Christmas. The next was late November into the first week of December. I loved the cold weather, rain, snow and hail. The Christmas markets were beautiful and no matter the weather, Germans are out and about going to clubs and meeting friends for coffees or beers. Flights were cheap and walking in the cold (in a winter coat) was so wonderful! I live in “always sunny” Los Angeles so the cold is just whatI wanted and needed. :)
