We’re not in the business of planning group tours, but I called around a bit on your behalf and gathered the following information.
You can organize a group transfer between the two cities with Transfer Bremen (http://www.transfer-bremen.de/pages/en/our-service.php?lang=DE). They quoted me a price of 360 euros round-trip for your group of 8. Each additional hour of driving in Bremen (or, say, to Bremerhaven) is 35 euros. (I called three driver services and this was the cheapest offer by 50%.)
The Bremen Tourist Office is more than happy to arrange a Spanish-speaking tour guide for you. A 2-hour tour for your group would cost 93 euros. They can also coordinate a day plan for you, if you could give them a better idea of what you were interested in seeing in the city. They asked you to have a look at their website (http://www.bremen-tourism.de//es) and then send a detailed email with your wishes to their address: info@bremen-tourism.de
Since we’re used to giving advice to self-catering tourists, I’m going to throw in the following information for comparison 🙂
Your group can take the regional train between Hamburg and Bremen using 2 Niedersachsen Tickets for a total of 70 euros. The train takes around one hour each direction, and this ticket can be used on all trains and public transport in the entire region for the entire day. You can purchase those tickets at any station or ticket machine or online here: https://fahrkarten.bahn.de/privatkunde/pauschalpreisbuchen/pauschalpreis_start.post?angebotsgruppe=8&returnurl=https://www.bahn.com/es/view/ofertas/regional/billetes-regionales.shtml&scope=standalone&lang=es&country=ESP&dbkanal_007=L12_S03_D002_KIN0060_REGIO-LAENDERTICKETS-BUCHUNGSLINK-NIEDERS_LZ03#stay
The city offers daily walking tours for 7.50 euros per person (60 total). The town hall tour is 5.50 euros per person (44 total).
Hope this helps and that your family has a great visit to Bremen!

We are an Spanish family of 8 people. We are going to spend a few days in Hambourg and we are interested in visiting Bremen from there.

We wonder if you can provide a service which includes:

– Transfer to Bremen
– Day tour in Bremen
– Transfer back to Hambourg

Is it possible? What can you offer us?

Best regards,
