We stayed with your hotel several years ago and thought it was perfect. The only thing we would change if we could would be to be located more towards the center of the hotel. Last time we were located directly over the market place and I am not a morning girl so 5:00 AM is not a good time for me to wake up even though I did enjoy the singing and bantering back and forth. We are looking for two double rooms in May around the 17th through the 20th. Could you please quote us a price and detail the location of the rooms that are available.

This is a great recommendation for accommodation in Venice…and it seems relatively manageable, budget-wise! It is really interesting how European cities convert really old buildings (that had a different purpose previously) into hotels or “pensiones” that offer modern amenities to travelers. When I wander the streets of a place like Venice, I can actually imagine living an Italian lifestyle as it was hundreds of years ago. That’s what makes European cities so magical…you can always somehow develop a personal connection to the place you’re visiting, because so often that town/village/city has preserved its culture or character from centuries ago.
