Alcázar is free on mondays 4pm-5pm. BUT to avoid the endless line you have to “purchase” a ticket online which then costs 0,00€. With that you can skip the line and just go the counter “with reservation”. (https://oberonsaas.com/realalcazarsevilla/lunesgratuito)
I recommend the (private) Museum-Palace of the Countess of Lebrija which is free on mondays 6pm-6:30pm. Just go there monday during the day and reservate for the evening. Limited to 40 people.

A magnificent building. There are lots of horse carriages around there too giving the right atmosphere 🙂
