Also, the best tip I got from a fellow traveller was to go during sundown (around 4.30-5pm when I was there) because this is when sunlight streams through the stained glass and illuminates the floor and interior – exactly how Gaudi intended. There may be less crowds at 9am, but it is completely worth seeing this structure awash with magical colour.
