Wow — It’s sure great to hear from all of you. I’m glad you liked the Inaugural post. I have some other funny photos of us goofing off a little in the “Salles des Fetes” in the Hotel de Ville which I can share with you later 🙂

Today’s Friday and I’m heading off to the neighborhood around the Eiffel Tower for my last day of hotel visits. The hotel proprietors have been very nice and helpful, and eager to talk about the inauguration and the new president! It’s so interesting.

wow! what a great experience. dc was crazy yesterday. closed bridges, metro overflowing and our city of lights happy to the gills! by the way, you look very handsome. lately i’ve been going through old photos from dad and there are many of you as a child. you were very cute, but i think i prefer you as the urbane adult!
