When was this first trip? 100 FF would be about 20 euros, today, right? (I suppose it depends on when you took the trip.) I think I paid about that amount, too, in 1990 near the Bastille. And it was expensive for me!

It’s worth noting that there are still hostels today in Paris with bunks for about the same amount!

Man, I’m getting old. On the other hand, this place looks a lot nicer than where I stayed.
