The Paris prayer times for August are at http://webhe.eu/20.

Entrance to the Hamman costs €15. Tuesdays and Sundays are for men, the other days for women. Note that the Hamman may not be open on a small number of feast days (such as Al Isra Wa Al Mi’raj, 1er Ramadan and Nuit du Destin).

Depending on exactly which denomination of Islam you follow, you may find other Paris mosques more to your liking. The Grande Moschée often allows non-Muslims into the masjid even as prayer times, a sad case perhaps of pandering to the demands of tourists rathering than reserving the building for its true purpose at prayer hours.
