Hell yeah, I love Flunch !
The food is better than I can cook (I am hopeless in the kitchen), the portions are large, and one meal with salad and dessert is enough to curb hunger for 2 days !
My favorite thing is the icecream sundae called Dame Blanche – 3 scoops of vanilla icecream, a mountain of whipped cream, then a copious splurge of hot chocolate sauce.
Vive le Flunch – may it continue to feed those of us who have to count every last centime !

And, yes, in Berlin I’ve eaten at a few cafeterias. It’s true that some are better than others. Overall, though, I think it’s always nice when traveling to have at least one standby option, where you just know what to expect. And cafeterias certainly fall into that category.
