I wish you had done this cupcake testing last week – we could have helped you with the project!! On a side note, when we’re in Austin, we’ve been known to go to a “Hey Cupcake” trailer and get yummy chocolate cupcakes with super-sweet butter cream frosting – for $2.75 each. I can’t eat a whole one at one sitting – just too sweet (but it’s always fun trying)!
