One of the best blog pieces I have read here. Such a good look at an element of Mallorca life we all know but barely understand. I think the authors’ speculations about Ms Katzensberger’s curves are perfectly shaped. Can we please now have regular reports from Santa Ponca?

Good piece. Think the way Germans have colonised parts of Majorca is frightening. Not sure the Brits are much better, though. But the German “scene” is very well captured in this article. It is very different from the Brit scene.

Thought it was a very good myself. It was one of those great Eurocheapo diversions into an area that most of us have never thought about. Good to get a gloss on Majorca from a writer who did more than repeat the top ten spots that feature in all the tourist guides. Def not snarky. Think the writers are actually German themselves so chances are they know what they are talking about.

Was it absolutely necessary to publish this almost 100% snarky and non-informative post? Only the last (short) paragraph notes a reason for a visit … and then notes that “someday” this impression will be followed up with details. Gee thanks…
