The Cheshire Cat on Fleet Street in the City and the nearby Blackfriars near Blackfriars Bridge are also impressive and well worth a visit.

I have a few favourites, such as the Earl of Camden on Parkway. However I really like Dickens Inn, very calm and if you sit on the terrace you have a glimpse of Tower Bridge.

Nothing (remotely) fancy, just a rock solid, intimate pub with a fun Tuesday quiz night.
