Indeed, it was quite a buzz-kill. Interesting that both meals involved chicken…

I’m sorry I forgot to take a photo of the meal. It’s a shame, because both the chicken stew and the pancakes were so pretty. By the time the pancakes were served, all piping hot, I was so ready for them that I completely forgot to snap a photo and instead attacked them.

Alas, another reason to return to Bruges!

As for the movie, it’s showing downstairs from our office at the Angelica. I decided not to see the move until after the trip. Now I’m ready!
