This business class hotel is not charming but it can be depended upon to always provide a very clean, comfortable room with available bar and breakfast for a good price. In Barcelona we stayed in their high-rise hotel in Heron City, a shopping complex with restaurants on the ground floor. I just checked the price for a room for two there for a September weekend and found it’s only $103 — not euros, dollars! Other Barcelona Ibis hotels were even less. I’ve stayed in this chain in many places in Europe and found it to never disappoint.
