Prices have changed since this article was posted. Some substantially.
Robert et Louise: €14 for 2 courses
Le Pré Verre is now €26 for 2 courses
Chez Marie Louise: website does not list a set menu, and cheapest main course item is €16 + starter
Café Constant is still a good deal with Starter/main course of the day or main course/dessert of the day €17
