Sanitize and oxygenate at the root level: two objectives for having beautiful, dense, and shiny hair.
Exfoliate well: once or twice a month and especially after a possible episode of dandruff, eliminate scales and other dead cells. Apply a preparation based on honey and crystal sugar during a shampoo and gently rub the scalp.

Massage well: twice a week, dry or while shampooing, apply circular pressure with your fingertips, without sliding along the roots. Then place the palms of the hands-on the head to make the scalp move, as if it were sliding on the surface of the skull. These movements allow better oxygenation of the scalp.
