Skin that becomes thinner wrinkles makes a few folds, especially on the inner surface of the thighs: the fault of the passage of time and which deprives this sensitive area of a precious “mattress” of collagen. We stimulate to plump and reshape.
We roll: with closed fists, embed the knuckles in the flesh, above the knees going up towards the hips. We take the opportunity to apply a moisturizing cream or milk to progress quickly.

We pinch: between the thumb and the index finger, grab the skin, and twist for more efficiency. This is the art of this movement, called “Jacquet pinching,” ultra-stimulating.

We smooth: with the flat of the hand, on the thigh, apply a new dose of cream and glide from bottom to top energetically, alternating vertical and circular movements.
