A face is constantly mobile, and the slight skin muscles work continuously. Here’s how to stimulate those that help fight against sagging and expression lines…
Full-mouth vowels: force the pronunciation to the maximum; you thus solicit the muscles of the jaws and around the cheekbones to maintain the lower volumes.

Lip rolling: to help smooth the edges, place your lips against your teeth and lift them to loosen them up. Do ten times.

Forehead pulls: Target horizontal wrinkles by placing your fingers on the edge of the forehead to remove the skin upwards while you force it downwards in the opposite direction. For frown lines, stretch the eyebrows outward while trying to bring them together with the force of the frontal muscles.
