Staying exposed to the sun for too long, at a time of day when the sun is too high in the sky, the result can be “stinging”!
Beaten olive oil
In a bowl, pour a little olive oil and beat it with a whisk for a good five minutes, then spread it on the damaged skin.
Vinegar water
You can soothe these burns by applying cold water compresses with a bit of vinegar.
baking soda
Dilute four to five teaspoons of baking soda powder in the warm or hot (but not too hot) water of your bathtub. Immerse yourself in the water and stay for a maximum of twenty minutes. If your sunburn is well defined or you do not have a bathtub, soak compresses in a solution made with a tablespoon of baking soda for a quarter of a litre of cold water that you apply to the skin and replace -them every ten minutes.
