Create a zen space
To recreate the relaxing atmosphere of a spa, start by turning off and keeping your phone, tablet and TV away. Clear away anything that clutters the rim of the bathtub (a clean, uncluttered space contributes to relaxation) and prepare two large bath towels or fountains: one to dry off, another to unfold on the bed or sofa. Then, close the double curtains, turn off the lights, and place small candles in the water feature and the rest area. Finally, undress and slip into a fluffy bathrobe. And to complete the decor, set a scented candle on the edge of the sink choose music conducive to relaxation or meditation.
