Space out the shampoos: to be done when the roots are oily, no more than 2 to 3 if possible per week, and with a single dose of product.
Choose the treatment product well: target the indication “for oily dandruff” when it clings to the lengths and if the scalp is oily; and “for dry dandruff” when they are very white and volatile. Depending on the needs, the treatment can be especially antifungal, soothing, keratolytic, against dander, antiseborrheic, against very oily dandruff…
Avoid aggravating factors: close coloring, prolonged wearing of a cap, and hairdryer near the roots.
