More than a whole year counting white hair, frizz, and other split ends, which our favorite hairdresser couldn’t take care of due to the closure of so-called non-essential businesses. Even beyond the simple fact of being able to go to a hairdressing salon, few have indulged in hair eccentricities for the simple and good reason that changing

your head is of little interest in a period of confinement (and telework). Fortunately, June 9 should – let’s be careful – sound like a certain liberation. A few days before summer, what could be better than a detour to your hairdresser to make way for a change! That’s good; the summer trends are all more daring than the other.
“Copper hair” doesn’t care.
Millions of mentions and views on Instagram and TikTok, respectively, show how “copper hair,” understanding “copper hair,” is winning all the votes when it comes to hair coloring. It’s clearly “THE” trend of the moment, and at the same time, nice revenge for redheads. Because the red, somewhat dark, is indeed the basis of this coloring which is all the rage in the four corners of the globe and characterized by copper reflections induced by a scan. Suppose summer is generally the season for blondes, all variations and sweeps combined. In that case, this year will therefore be placed under the sign of an ultra-bright and flamboyant red-copper, which will highlight your just-tanned complexion.
The advantage is that it is a color that suits all hairstyles, especially all hair colors, with a more precise rendering depending on your base.
The disadvantage: coloring requires proper maintenance with suitable products and a conscientious routine.
The square in all its states
French bob, wavy bob, sharp bob, mid bob, paper-cut bob, boy band bob, or even boyfriend bob… It is impossible to spend a week on social networks without dealing with the bob, understanding the essential bob, which comes in all its forms for several months, despite the pandemic and its successive confinements. A need for lightness or a simple desire to go to court? It doesn’t matter. It’s “THE” hairstyle of the moment tested and approved by influencers and fashion icons. The boyfriend bob, with its androgynous style, and even more so the boy band bob, a retro version (think of Victoria Beckham or Nick Carter in the 90s), are trendy at the moment, as is the mid bob, a bit lengthier, which still has a crowd of followers. Paradoxically, the wavy, however inseparable from the summer season, and this, regardless of the length, is not part of the trendy hairstyles of the summer.
The advantage: make way for lightness and change, especially if you have long hair, but we especially like the time saving, in the morning, in the bathroom.
There isn’t any downside, except that it’s better to be sure of your choice, so you don’t regret it for months.
The return of the fringe
To your scissors! The fringe will also be part of this summer with many possible variations. Asymmetrical, tapered, curtain, the frame is essential if it is not strict nor styled to the millimeter. We’ll prefer it messy, even disheveled (not too much anyway), to fit perfectly with more casual summer looks. It remains to find the version that suits you best. To do this, you can simulate a fringe (you must have long enough hair) by making a ponytail with the hair slicked back and using the tips, or more simply by buying clip-in bangs.
